HTC is expected to unveil two new models of its Desire-series products, the Desire 10 Pro and Desire 10 Lifestyle tomorrow. Arabian Reseller has just received the launch details from HTC – the launch will be webcast at 11 am in Dubai, 9 am in Cairo and 10 am in Riyadh.
According to various sources, the two models are expected to come with innovative design and functions as HTC has pushed the theme of the event as #BeEdgier on its invitation card and launched three teaser videos.
The first teaser video shows a fingerprint scanner embedded on the back of the smartphone. The second teaser shows the number 150 inside what looks like a camera lens. This could mean that the smartphone will come with a wide-angle 150-degree camera. The third teaser video gives a glimpse of what the smartphone will look like.
The Desire 10 Pro is set to be aimed at the high-end segment and will reportedly feature a 5.1-inch 2k display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU and a 12-megapixel main camera with 4GB RAM/32GB ROM. The Desire 10 Lifestyle will reportedly come with a 5.5-inch 720p display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU with 2GB RAM/32GB ROM targeting the mid-range segment.
Of course this is all a pre-launch leak, so we don’t have any confirmed details. We will keep you updated about what happens tomorrow at the launch event. So, stay tuned.
