GITEX Global 2022: Zoho to Emphasise Customisation, Integration and Scalability of its Products

Ali Shabdar, Regional MEA Director at Zoho, says the company will showcase Zoho Commerce and Zoho Analytics

Are you participating in GITEX Global 2022? If yes, which products and solutions will you be showcasing at the event?
Zoho is a global technology brand that’s been around for more than 25 years, and it has made a name for itself by building innovative software to help businesses. We have 55+ apps, and we’ll have product experts representing them at our booth. In addition to our class-leading customer experience, business process automation, and productivity platforms, we will be showcasing Zoho Commerce, our e-commerce app, and Zoho Analytics, our BI (business intelligence) at our booth.

What are your expectations from the event this year?
Creating more awareness about Zoho’s offerings makes it a one-stop solution for businesses of all sizes. Zoho’s philosophy and diverse offerings are well beyond singular apps for sales or accounting or other functions. Zoho is a solution provider for modern and agile companies. Zoho’s DNA is about the ethics of business, and the well-being of its strong team across the world.

We also want to emphasize the customisation, integration, and scalability of our products, and our unrelenting focus on privacy and protection of customers’ data. Meeting our valued customers and partners in the region and discussing the ways forward in serving them better, as well as creating a welcoming and productive environment for prospective customers to meet us and ask us all the questions they have.

What will be your theme of participation at GITEX?
Running the entire business operation on Zoho, minimizing complexity, risk, and cost, and focusing on creating value for our customers and, in turn, helping them serve their customers

Do you plan to run any online engagements such as webinars and offline engagements such as tech talks, demos, keynotes, and so on, alongside GITEX?
We will have demos at the booth.

How have your regional strategies changed in recent months?
Zoho always believes in the long-term. We established our presence in the UAE back in 2018, and since then we have consistently increased our investment by hiring locally, opening offices, and growing our partner network across the region. We have also partnered with government bodies and other organisations in order to lower the access barrier to enterprise tech. We are also localising our solutions by adding support in Arabic and integrating with local payment gateways.
