GITEX Global 2022: Poly to Showcase Solutions for the Hybrid Workspace

Are you participating in GITEX Global 2022? If yes, which products and solutions will you be showcasing at the event?
Yes, we will definitely be participating in this year’s GITEX event. Each year, GITEX offers new, fascinating aspects of the tech space that we eagerly anticipate. We can’t wait to get to know our clients and partners better, introduce them to our newest offers, and provide them with our most cutting-edge technological solutions so they can operate efficiently whenever they choose to work from the corporate office to their home office and everything in between.

Poly has always been an industry innovator; our goal is to offer products that can be used for business and personal purposes. One of our main reasons to participate in this year’s GITEX is to provide solutions to some key research findings about the hybrid workspace. Our study, “Recruit, Retain, and Grow”, highlighted some significant concerns in the workplace. We have been able to offer transformative solutions in our guide, “The Journey to Hybrid Working: Twelve Considerations”. Our paper also addresses the difficulties employers encounter while leading virtual teams.

What are your expectations from the event this year?
GITEX is the region’s best venue for technology companies to showcase their work and a unique meeting place for enterprises to present their latest and greatest technical achievements. The UAE is one of the top nations for technological innovation. Our company aims to grow further in the MENA region to build a solid relationship with our clientele in the UAE as we continue to provide hybrid and remote work solutions in addition to our other offers.

What will be your theme of participation at GITEX?
Our theme at Gitex is focused on Hybrid Working. As a part of Hybrid working, we will be focusing on three whitepapers published by Poly over the xx months.
Our first white paper, ‘Recruit, Retain, and Grow highlights several hybrid working statistics, including that 67% of businesses believe it is their “moral” duty to prevent employees from working too much for themselves; however, only half have taken action to address the issue.

Hybrid working: While just 50% of businesses have taken action to address this issue, 67% of them feel it is their “moral” duty to prevent employees from working too much. Our second white paper ‘The Journey to Hybrid Working: Twelve Considerations’ focuses on the importance of promoting work-life balance among employees and why it’s critical to maintain employee engagement when working remotely or in a hybrid environment because of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Our third white paper is titled A Reset For Return To The Office? The Journey To Hybrid Working describes the challenges faced by companies following the recent path organizations have taken with their workforce returning to the workplace. We are here to ensure that any roadblocks are being removed and meeting equity between employees working remotely or from the corporate office is being achieved. What is important for organizations is to realize that attracting people back to the office building requires strategic planning and the right technology.

Lastly, Poly will also be introducing our most recent hybrid working IP desk phones, the. This is the perfect option for those who want to equip their offices better as these goods are expressly made to fulfill the demands of the rapidly changing hybrid workforce.

Do you plan to run any online engagements such as webinars and offline engagements such as tech talks, demos, keynotes, and so on, alongside GITEX?
We won’t be hosting webinars during this year’s GITEX event. However, as hybrid working has truly taken off and businesses are now seeking to connect with reputable suppliers of video conferencing solutions, our focus will also be on Zoom and Microsoft Teams integration. Therefore, we are asking businesses from all sectors to stop by our booth and discover how our integration solutions may improve their video conferencing experience.
