Which products and solutions will you be showcasing at the event?
This year, we have decided to hold our own individual partner event at the Novotel Dubai, where we aim to have a more intimate focus on our Middle East and African partners. During this time, we will showcase our range of ScanSnap scanners, which now have complete Arabic language support with customer service, and software and hardware capabilities on the full range. Paperstream Capture Pro, and the new Fujitsu Image Scanners fi-8000 series. We will also have overviews of our sales and technology offerings and our channel partner rewards.
What are your expectations from the event this year?
Over the past 2.5 years, the pandemic denied us the opportunity to shake hands and meet with all our long-standing partners including new ones and inform them about all our new and innovative offerings. We are looking forward to meeting everyone at our event, in a more focused environment to network, learn, develop and build upon existing partnerships.
What will be your theme of participation at GITEX?
Digital transformation and co-creation will be a key discussion. Our mission is to ‘enable the world’s flow of knowledge, which we will continue to deliver. We want to remind the channel we are the perfect partner for the digital transformation journey of businesses and organisations in the region. Over the years, Fujitsu Image Scanners have been empowering SMEs and large enterprises to address data challenges by improving their productivity, through simple and intuitive technology that is easy to use. The addition of ScanSnap in Arabic extends this opportunity for end users in the region and helps them find a smarter way to work.
Do you plan to run any online engagements such as webinars and offline engagements such as tech talks, demos, keynotes, and so on, alongside GITEX?
We aim to offer hands-on sales and technical overviews to demonstrate our product and software applications capabilities supported by sales enablement tools like our imaging rewards program for our partners’ sales performance.
How have your regional strategies changed in recent months?
Our focus and objectives for this financial year are to maximize our revenues and profits with our channel partners.
