Tell us about your participation at GITEX 2023. Which products and solutions will you be showcasing at the event?
We are thrilled to be participating in GITEX 2023, the largest ICT event in the region. Our presence at GITEX is essential as it provides us with a unique opportunity to connect with our partners and customers, who play a pivotal role in our success. We look forward to engaging with them and fostering meaningful interactions during the event.

At GITEX 2023, we will be showcasing some of our industry-leading products. We are excited to have our fully integrated solution, Vertiv SmartCabinet on the stands as the complete infrastructure solution. In addition, we will also have the Liebert GXT5 UPS, Vertiv VR Rack, and Vertiv Power Distribution Units (PDU). These products embody our commitment to innovation, reliability, and efficiency in the critical IT infrastructure space.

What are your expectations from the event this year?
Vertiv’s expectations for GITEX 2023 are high. The company sees this event as a valuable platform to strengthen its existing partnerships and establish new relationships within the industry. Vertiv’s primary objective at the event is to showcase its unwavering commitment to the region and highlight its innovative solutions.

Furthermore, Vertiv anticipates engaging in insightful discussions surrounding the latest technology trends, particularly in the burgeoning field of AI. What will be your theme of participation at GITEX 2023?
Vertiv’s theme for GITEX 2023 centres on the convergence of technology and infrastructure, with a special focus on the influence of AI on critical IT infrastructure. The company’s objective is to showcase its solutions that are facilitating and sustaining this transformation, ensuring that the solutions are in sync with the ever-evolving requirements of its customers. This alignment also extends to the UAE government’s aspirations for AI implementation.

Do you plan to run any online engagements such as webinars and offline engagements such as tech talks, demos, keynotes, and so on, alongside GITEX 2023?
Vertiv will have its EMEA leadership team in attendance at GITEX, available for discussion, knowledge sharing and addressing any inquiries from customers and participants. Attendees will be able to experience Vertiv’s technology solutions. Additionally, Vertiv will be conducting a training session for consultants and partners focused on the latest developments in the integrated modular solutions (IMS) field and prefabricated modular data centre solutions. The company will also be conducting an event for its Data Centre community.

How have your regional strategies changed in recent months?
The Middle East has, in recent months, taken centre stage for data centre developments and implementations. Vertiv has diligently aligned its regional strategies with the evolving technology landscape. The company has placed a strong emphasis on bolstering its capabilities in areas like high-density applications for AI and edge computing. Simultaneously, Vertiv has embarked on a strategic regionalization effort aimed at enhancing its presence in key markets.

Vertiv’s expansion initiatives have extended to major regional markets, including Saudi Arabia, underscoring the company’s commitment to adapting to market demands. Their primary objective is to provide solutions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of customers in the Middle East and beyond, affirming Vertiv’s dedication to delivering cutting-edge solutions to a broader audience.
