Hundreds Line Up at Apple Store in Dubai to Get Their Hands on the iPhone 7

Crowds lined up outside the Apple Store at Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates to get their hands on the first iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and Apple Watch Series 2. The commercial launch, which kicked off today 8 am onwards saw enthusiasts of Apple devices waiting excitedly to buy the devices off the shelves to become the lucky few to own the devices first along with the rest of the world.
Ahmad Al Hajri from Saudi Arabia was the first person to buy an iPhone 7 in the Middle East region. Today marked the first time that the UAE launched the new iPhone at the Apple Store – Mall of Emirates, at the same time as the rest of the world. The iPhone 7 is priced at AED 2599 (32GB), AED 2999 (128GB), and AED 3399 (256GB).
The iPhone 7 Plus is priced at AED 3099 buy cipro in canada (32GB), AED 3499 (128GB), and AED 3899 (256GB). The iPhone features new advanced camera systems and better battery life, among other new features. The phones come with immersive stereo speakers, wide colour system from camera to display, two new beautiful finishes, and is the first water and dust resistant iPhone.
The new Apple Watch Series 2 was also available from today onwards. The new watch is priced between AED 1099 and AED 4199. With Series 2, Apple is focusing on athletes, promising a “swimproof” device that is water-resistant up to 50 meters. This required Cupertino to redesign the watch’s speaker system and develop new seals and adhesives to keep water out.
Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia will get the new devices on September 24, 2016.
