SolarWinds to Showcase AI-Driven Observability and IT Resilience at GITEX 2025

At GITEX Global 2025, SolarWinds is making one of its biggest appearances yet, highlighting how AI-powered observability, automation, and IT service management are redefining enterprise resilience across the Middle East. Laurent Delattre, Vice President of EMEA Sales, shares how the company’s unified platform, channel partnerships, and hands-on demos are helping organizations navigate hybrid, multi-cloud complexity with confidence.

Tell us about your participation at GITEX 2025. How does this year’s presence differ from previous editions?
This year marks one of our biggest and boldest participations at GITEX to date. 2025 has been a transformative year for SolarWinds, defined by breakthrough AI innovation and the strategic acquisition of Squadcast. Our stand reflects that momentum. We’re showcasing how observability, IT service management, and automation are converging to help enterprises across the Middle East strengthen resilience, bolster security, and accelerate digital transformation.

What sets this year apart is not just scale, but the depth of our engagement. Our senior global leadership team will be on ground, we have three regional channel partners co-exhibiting with us, and we’ve worked to develop a more engaging, hands-on approach to demonstrating how our solutions solve today’s toughest IT challenges.

Which flagship products, solutions, or innovations will you be spotlighting at the event, and what makes them relevant to today’s tech challenges?
At the heart of our showcase is the SolarWinds Platform, which unifies full-stack observability, IT service management, database performance, and automation into one solution. With deployment options ranging from SaaS to self-hosted, the platform gives IT teams the flexibility to match technology to their own operating models.

What makes it especially relevant today is the infusion of AIOps and automated incident response. IT environments are more complex than ever, spanning hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures, and traditional tools are no longer enough. By enabling teams to move from reactive firefighting to proactive, AI-driven management, we’re helping organisations across the region ensure uptime, improve security posture, and free up capacity for innovation.

Will you be unveiling any new partnerships, launches, or strategic announcements during GITEX?
Our channel-first approach will be in full view at GITEX, with three of our trusted partners – Delta Line International, Clever Solutions, and Softech Systems – co-exhibiting at our stand. Each will host a dedicated pod highlighting joint use cases and customer success stories, showing how collaboration brings faster time-to-value for enterprises.

What emerging trends or technologies are you seeing gain traction in the Middle East?
Based on what we’re bringing to GITEX and hearing from customers, AI is firmly at the centre of technology conversations across the region. IT leaders are looking at how AIOps and automation can help them cope with the rising complexity of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, not just to maintain uptime but to build true resilience. We’re also seeing stronger emphasis on observability and IT service management as organisations recognise that performance, security, and availability are deeply intertwined. What’s clear is that Middle East enterprises are eager to adopt technologies that allow them to innovate with confidence while future-proofing their operations.

What kind of interactive experiences—such as live demos, immersive showcases, or hands-on labs—can visitors expect at your booth this year?
We’ve designed the booth experience around interaction and learning. Visitors can attend daily live demonstrations of our observability and ITSM portfolio, where our experts will show how AI enhances incident detection, streamlines intelligent alerting, and accelerates problem resolution. For those who want a deeper dive, personalised one-to-one demo sessions can be pre-booked for a tailored walkthrough aligned to specific business goals, whether that’s scaling digital transformation, strengthening operational resilience, or improving efficiency. Alongside this, our channel partners will host dedicated pods featuring customer success stories and real-world deployments, providing practical, localised perspectives on how our technology is applied in the region.

Are you planning any hybrid engagements, such as webinars, virtual panels, or digital showcases to complement your on-site presence at GITEX?
Beyond the stand, a key highlight is our Tech Talks session with Eric Bauer, Vice President of Solutions Engineering and Enablement, on 14 October at 11:50 AM GST in Hall 24. His session, From Insight to Action: AI in Observability and the Future of IT Resilience, will showcase how AI is transforming IT operations. And with senior executives including our Chief Product Officer and Vice President of EMEA Sales in attendance, GITEX will also be an opportunity to reinforce our long-term strategic commitment to the Middle East.
