Tech Mahindra Unveils Refreshed Brand Identity on 39th Anniversary

Tech Mahindra marked its 39th anniversary by unveiling a refreshed brand identity as part of its ongoing transformation roadmap. The update is aimed at aligning the company’s image with its focus on AI-led innovation and its evolving role in global digital transformation.

The new identity introduces a unified brand platform and a modern design system that will be adopted across all portfolio companies. It also reflects the company’s effort to strengthen its global employer brand and enhance clarity and cohesion across markets.

At the center of the redesign is a new ‘lozenge’ symbol, a compact version of the Mahindra Group’s iconic ‘Rise’ beam. The symbol is intended to convey focus, energy, and precision. The visual identity retains the signature Mahindra Red while adding a modern color palette and design elements for consistency across global platforms.
