Infoblox Adds Service Provider Track to Skilled to Secure Partner Program

Infoblox today announced updates to its Skilled to Secure Partner Program, including the introduction of an updated Service Provider track designed for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs). The changes introduce clearer program requirements, more flexible enablement options, and additional tools and benefits to support service delivery and partner growth.
“As the cybersecurity landscape continues to evolve, so too must the way we support our partners,” said Mr. Chris Millerick, VP of Partners and Alliances at Infoblox. “These updates reflect direct partner feedback and deliver more flexible, market-aligned paths to success within our Skilled to Secure ecosystem.”
The revised program adds a Service Provider track with two invite-only subtracks for MSSPs and GSIs, allowing partners to better align their operating models with Infoblox’s service offerings. Key updates include:
- Flexible Enablement and Clear Requirements: Role-based enablement paths and clearly defined criteria aligned with partner capabilities and go-to-market models.
- Enhanced Tools and Resources: Access to non-for-resale (NFR) demo environments, operational runbooks, and expanded program benefits to support solution deployment and scaling.
- Expanded Support for MSSPs: Additional training, technical resources, and go-to-market support to help MSSPs develop and expand recurring security services.
These updates build on the broader Skilled to Secure Partner Program, which emphasizes technical competency across sales, pre-sales, and professional services. The program enables partners to progress toward higher status tiers, including Sapphire and Diamond, based on demonstrated capability and investment.
The updated Service Provider track reflects Infoblox’s focus on helping partners respond to evolving security requirements. By aligning certification paths and enablement resources with partner business models, the company aims to support MSSPs and GSIs in delivering scalable security services and improving customer outcomes.
“Our partners are instrumental in extending the reach and impact of Infoblox solutions,” added Millerick. “These updates are rooted in community feedback and represent our continued investment in partner success and innovation.”
