SharkNinja Promotes James Kitto to SVP, Managing Director of EMEA

SharkNinja has announced the promotion of James Kitto to the role of Senior Vice President of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The appointment signals a continued commitment to expanding the company’s footprint and accelerating growth across this key region.

Broadening his leadership role as Managing Director in the UK, James is now responsible for orchestrating SharkNinja’s commercial strategy and execution throughout EMEA. He will lead and work with EMEA region’s country managers to unlock new market opportunities and drive a disciplined commercial execution. A central part of his role will also be to scale SharkNinja’s global playbook whilst empowering local teams and fostering a structure that is both globally aligned and locally dynamic.

This move is designed to enhance market penetration, drive profitability, and further solidify SharkNinja’s position as a leader in the consumer home products sector. “James Kitto’s career with SharkNinja has been defined by exceptional leadership alongside a consistent ability to deliver strong results in complex market environments,” said Neil Shah, Chief Commercial Officer at SharkNinja. “The EMEA region holds immense potential for SharkNinja, and we require a leader with an understanding of both our global vision and the nuances of local implementation.
