CyberKnight and Rezilens Announce Strategic Distribution Agreement

CyberKnight Technologies has announced a strategic distribution agreement with Rezilens, the developer of DiGRC, an AI-powered platform for governance, risk, compliance (GRC), audit, and cybersecurity assurance. Under the agreement, CyberKnight will distribute DiGRC across its regional footprint, covering the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, the Levant, Egypt, and Africa.
The partnership comes at a time when organisations across the Middle East and Africa are facing growing pressure to strengthen cyber resilience while navigating increasingly complex regulatory environments. According to the World Economic Forum’s Global Cybersecurity Outlook 2026, 41% of CEOs cite regulatory compliance and governance complexity as major challenges to cyber resilience. At the same time, AI adoption in cybersecurity continues to rise, with 77% of organisations already leveraging AI-driven security capabilities and 87% reporting an increase in AI-related vulnerabilities over the past year.
Across sectors such as banking, government, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure, many organisations continue to rely on fragmented systems and manual processes to manage risk, compliance, audits, and cybersecurity assurance. This often results in operational inefficiencies, limited visibility, and greater exposure to regulatory and cyber risks.
DiGRC is designed to address these challenges by bringing risk management, compliance monitoring, internal audit workflows, and cybersecurity assurance into a single integrated platform. Built with the regulatory requirements of the GCC and broader Middle East region in mind, the platform helps organisations improve oversight, streamline workflows, and strengthen audit readiness. It also aligns with globally recognised frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, while supporting regional compliance requirements.
For CyberKnight, the addition of Rezilens and DiGRC further strengthens its governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity assurance portfolio while complementing its Zero Trust Security methodology. Through its extensive channel ecosystem, local market expertise, and established relationships across enterprise and government sectors, CyberKnight aims to accelerate the adoption of DiGRC across key regional markets.
“This partnership represents a defining milestone for Rezilens and the DiGRC platform. As organisations face increasing regulatory pressure, cyber threats, and operational complexity, the need for intelligent and integrated governance has never been greater. By combining CyberKnight’s market leadership and regional reach with DiGRC’s AI-powered capabilities, we are empowering organisations across the Middle East and Africa to transform governance, risk, compliance, audit, and cyber resilience into a unified intelligence-driven capability. Together, we are helping build more resilient, trusted, and future-ready enterprises,” said Shan Sokhanvar, Founder & CEO of Rezilens.
“Governance, risk and compliance have become central priorities for organisations across the region. Customers are looking for solutions that can support these requirements with speed, efficiency and scalability. DiGRC brings together AI-driven automation, advanced GRC capabilties, and strong regional expertise in a way that aligns with current enterprise and government GRC needs. It also complements the Zero Trust pillar for risk and governance within our portfolio,” said Wael Jaber, Chief Strategy Officer of CyberKnight.
DiGRC is available immediately through CyberKnight’s channel network across the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, the Levant, Egypt, and Africa. CyberKnight’s sales and technical teams are currently supporting partner enablement, technical training, and go-to-market initiatives to facilitate the platform’s rollout across the region.
