Dell Technologies and Aramco Digital Explore Industrial AI Collaboration in Saudi Arabia

Dell Technologies and Aramco Digital have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore opportunities around Industrial AI, cloud consulting, managed IT services and cyber resilience in Saudi Arabia. The agreement was signed by Mohamed Talaat, Vice President, Saudi, Egypt, North Africa & Levant (SENAL), Dell Technologies, and Dr. Ashraf Al-Tahini, Chief Executive Officer of Aramco Digital.

Under the proposed collaboration, the companies will explore ways to help organisations improve operational efficiency, manage multi-cloud environments, strengthen data protection and deploy secure and scalable Industrial AI solutions.

The partnership will also examine potential joint go-to-market initiatives and opportunities to broaden access to Dell Technologies’ enterprise solutions in Saudi Arabia through authorised channel partners.

Mohamed Talaat, Vice President, Saudi, Egypt, North Africa & Levant (SENAL), Dell Technologies, said, “Our strategic collaboration with Aramco Digital reflects Dell Technologies’ deep commitment to driving the Kingdom’s digital transformation under its Vision 2030. By combining our global technology ecosystem and enterprise solutions with Aramco Digital’s industrial capabilities and domain expertise, we aim to help organizations unlock the potential of Industrial AI, modern cloud environments and cyber resilience to achieve sustainable, long-term value.”

Dr. Ashraf Al-Tahini, Chief Executive Officer of Aramco Digital, said, “Industrial AI has the potential to transform how industries operate, scale and create value. Our collaboration with Dell Technologies brings together advanced technology infrastructure and Aramco Digital’s deep industrial domain expertise to support the secure and scalable adoption of AI. Through this collaboration, we aim to enable organizations across the Kingdom to strengthen their digital foundations, enhance operational performance and accelerate industrial digital transformation in support of Saudi Vision 2030.”

The MoU provides a framework for the two companies to assess potential areas of cooperation rather than announcing specific joint products or deployments. The areas under consideration span AI infrastructure, cloud environments, IT services, data protection and cybersecurity, reflecting the growing role of digital technologies in industrial operations.

The collaboration forms part of the wider development of Saudi Arabia’s digital and industrial technology ecosystem under Vision 2030, with Industrial AI emerging as an area of focus for improving operational performance and supporting the digital transformation of industry.
