SleekFlow Unveils AgentFlow

SleekFlow, an AI platform for conversions, has launched AgentFlow, an AI solution designed to build teams of AI agents to improve sales. AgentFlow aims to help businesses convert interactions into sales opportunities, accelerating lead generation, sales, and customer retention across multiple channels.

SleekFlow, established in 2019, operates in six regions and assists over 2,000 businesses globally with 600,000 conversations daily. Its engineering team is led by Gao Lei, formerly the LinkedIn China CTO in Silicon Valley. SleekFlow states AgentFlow is one of the UAE’s first AI agent platforms specifically designed to enhance sales and human collaboration.

AgentFlow is built on SleekFlow’s AI engine, using a multi-agent architecture and graph database technology for scalable, context-aware conversations. It deploys specialized AI agents for tasks such as data retrieval, inquiry resolution, and lead scoring. Its capabilities include:

  1. Multilingual Mastery: Supports conversations in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Cantonese.
  2. Advanced Data Processing: Extracts structured information from spreadsheets, PDFs, and visual documents.
  3. Model-Optimized Performance: Integrates models like GPT-4o, 4o-mini, and Gemini, dynamically selecting the best model for each task to improve natural language understanding and data retrieval.
  4. Vector Database Efficiency: Uses vector databases for rapid, scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to minimize response times and reduce AI hallucinations.
  5. Seamless and No-code Integration: Allows training of AI agents using existing knowledge bases and integrates with Flow Builder for intelligent automation in workflows.
  6. Enterprise-level Security: AgentFlow is ISO/IEC 27001 & SOC 2 Type II Certified and GDPR Compliant. It’s built on Azure OpenAI, ensuring customer data is not used to train public models.

“With SleekFlow’s AgentFlow, we’re making it radically easy for businesses to deploy AI at scale in a flexible and effective solution,” said Henson Tsai, CEO of SleekFlow. “We want to empower companies to deliver human-like interactions that drive revenue and build lasting relationships, and this is just the beginning.”

SleekFlow’s 2025 Whitepaper on AI in Commerce highlights AI’s growing importance in business. A survey of 200 UAE consumers and businesses revealed:

  1. 44% of businesses in the UAE have implemented AI agents in customer service.
  2. 80% of consumers consider personalized experiences “extremely” or “very important” for purchase decisions.
  3. 63% of businesses in the UAE have already integrated AI or automation, with continued investments in AI agents and chatbots.

These findings indicate a demand for intelligent platforms like AgentFlow that help businesses meet consumer expectations and optimize operations.
