Nebius has appointed Raja Agrawal as Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, strengthening its focus on one of the world’s fastest-growing AI and cloud regions. Based in Dubai, Agrawal will lead the company’s go-to-market strategy across the region, driving adoption among enterprises, governments, research institutions, and the public sector.
Agrawal brings more than 20 years of experience across enterprise technology, cloud, and AI-driven platforms. He has held senior leadership roles at SAP, Microsoft, and BrowserStack, where he built and led high-performing teams, developed strategic enterprise partnerships, and delivered large-scale transformation programs from strategy through execution.
In his new role, Agrawal will focus on expanding Nebius’ regional footprint and strengthening customer engagement as demand for AI infrastructure accelerates across the Middle East and Africa.
Commenting on his appointment, Agrawal said the region’s investment in AI and digital infrastructure reflects a long-term strategic priority. He noted that Nebius is committed to building trusted partnerships and enabling organizations to run AI workloads with the performance, reliability, and cost efficiency required for large-scale adoption.
As part of its expansion strategy, Nebius is also establishing a local team in the region, beginning with go-to-market roles, with initial hires already in place. The company aims to scale its presence further as customer demand grows.
