  • Once an article, press release, or announcement has been published on Arabian Reseller, any subsequent changes, modifications, or deletion requests will incur an amendment fee of AED 500 per instance.

  • This fee applies whether the request is minor (e.g., correcting a name, replacing an image) or major (e.g., rewriting, withdrawing an article).

  • Press releases are published free of cost, and this amendment fee is charged to respect the time, effort, and editorial resources invested in editing, formatting, and uploading both the press release and its accompanying images.

  • Requests for amendments must be submitted in writing to the editorial team at chris@ryshamedia.com and will only be processed after confirmation of fee payment.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
