How has SoftServe evolved over the years, and what are some of its most significant milestones?
Founded in 1993, SoftServe made a remarkable transition from being a software development company to a global digital consultancy. Our key milestones include expanding into Europe and the US, establishing the SoftServe University for talent development, and achieving Elite Partner status with companies like NVIDIA and Google.

Most recently, the launch of AI-driven tools and GenAI capabilities highlights our ongoing commitment to innovation. Over the years, SoftServe has acquired an enviable global customer portfolio, purely based on how our GenAI solutions and expert services deliver value, visibility, and efficiency in business practices.

How do SoftServe’s engineering services help clients innovate and improve operational efficiency?
We design our engineering to tackle industry-specific challenges with tailored solutions. For instance, we leverage tools like digital twins to provide real-time factory insights and automate processes to reduce manual intervention in manufacturing. By integrating AI, cloud, and IoT, SoftServe enhances operational efficiency, enabling clients to stay competitive and meet evolving market demands. SoftServe’s R&D team is constantly innovating and bringing to life cutting-edge technologies that aid in the digital transformation journeys of many industries.

In what ways do your Cloud and DevOps solutions optimise cloud infrastructure and streamline DevOps processes for agility and scalability?
SoftServe’s Cloud and DevOps solutions focus on enabling agility and scalability through continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and hybrid cloud architecture. Our partnerships with cloud providers such as AWS and Google Cloud allow SoftServe to deliver seamless cloud adoption and migration, ensuring that clients can optimise their IT infrastructure while accelerating time-to-market.

How does SoftServe leverage AI and ML, including generative AI, to deliver tailored solutions that drive business value?
SoftServe employs a collaborative, client-centric approach to AI and ML. By co-creating solutions like digital assistants and industrial co-pilots, the company helps clients enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and uncover actionable insights. The introduction of tools like the NVIDIA NIM™ Agent Blueprints demonstrates SoftServe’s ability to deliver AI workflows tailored to specific business needs, from healthcare to financial services.

How does SoftServe ensure secure and reliable connections across digital ecosystems, particularly in critical healthcare, finance, and energy sectors?
SoftServe’s approach to cybersecurity is holistic, combining certified expertise with advanced risk management strategies. We tailor our solutions to suit the unique needs of industries like healthcare, finance, and energy by focusing on high-impact vulnerabilities and implementing best practices for compliance and automation. This ensures secure operations and fosters trust in digital ecosystems.
