NTT DATA and Red Sea Global Partner to Advance AI-Driven Digital Solutions

NTT DATA and Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer of The Red Sea and AMAALA, have signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at accelerating AI-driven innovation and smart industry solutions in Saudi Arabia and international markets. The agreement establishes a framework for a potential joint venture focused on developing next-generation digital solutions and managed technology services across hospitality, smart cities and connected industries.
The partnership will bring together RSG’s expertise in destination development, hospitality and infrastructure with NTT DATA’s capabilities in AI, systems integration and digital transformation. The companies will explore technologies including Physical AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), digital twins, private 5G and industry cloud platforms. The collaboration will focus on opportunities across smart cities, hospitality, infrastructure, real estate and AI-driven industry solutions, with the aim of creating technology applications that can be deployed across RSG’s growing portfolio and potentially extended to other organisations in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
“As AI and intelligent technologies reshape industries, organisations are looking for new ways to deliver more connected, personalised and sustainable experiences,” said Rami Beidas, Managing Director, Saudi Arabia, NTT DATA. “Saudi Arabia is uniquely positioned to lead this transformation, and through this partnership we have an opportunity to help accelerate innovation, unlock new digital business models and create solutions that can have relevance well beyond the Kingdom.”
The two companies will also explore the creation of a flexible digital services platform to support RSG’s expanding portfolio. The platform could provide a foundation for new technology capabilities while opening opportunities to serve organisations beyond RSG’s own operations. For RSG, the partnership forms part of its broader focus on using technology to support the design, development and operation of connected destinations.
“The hospitality industry is evolving rapidly as guest expectations become more personalised, connected and experience-driven,” said Sultan Moraished, Group Head of Technology and Corporate Excellence, Red Sea Global. “Technology has enormous potential to transform how destinations are designed, operated and experienced. Through this strategic partnership with NTT DATA, we will explore innovative digital solutions that can enhance guest experiences, optimise operations and help shape the future of hospitality in Saudi Arabia and international markets.”
The partnership is expected to provide a platform for both organisations to combine industry expertise with emerging technologies, while exploring new digital business models and solutions for Saudi Arabia’s rapidly developing smart infrastructure and tourism sectors.
