Dubai Chambers Unveils Agentic AI Marketplace for Businesses

Dubai Chambers has launched Chamber AI Hub, a marketplace offering businesses access to specialised Agentic AI solutions designed to automate administrative and operational processes. The organisation describes it as the world’s first chamber-led Agentic AI marketplace.
The initiative is part of Dubai’s efforts to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI across the private sector, following directives from H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
Chamber AI Hub currently provides access to 22 specialised AI agents across seven functional areas: Compliance, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, Human Resources and Logistics. Dubai Chambers plans to increase the portfolio to 100 agents over the next two years. Members can select agents relevant to their requirements and subscribe to the available packages.
H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said, “Success in the transition to Agentic AI is measured not by technology adoption alone, but by how effectively companies use these tools to address business challenges and deliver tangible results. This is why we are connecting knowledge with practical application, building capabilities, and expanding access to specialised solutions and high-quality tools that help companies adapt to change and evolve the way they work. Through this approach, we are preparing a private sector that is equipped to respond to technological transformation and contribute to shaping the opportunities of the future economy.”
AI agents target operational workloads
The marketplace includes agents designed to handle a range of enterprise tasks, including supplier discovery, vendor proposal evaluation, supply chain risk monitoring, contract review and invoice matching against purchase orders. Other applications include business proposal generation, CV screening, sales lead scoring and IT help desk support.
The platform allows companies to test AI agents in a sandbox environment before activating them. Complimentary credits are available to help businesses get started, with paid packages offered according to usage.
Built-in dashboards provide visibility into usage levels and costs, while a readiness assessment helps businesses evaluate their preparedness for adopting the technology. Companies can also review the success rates of individual agents in fulfilling requests. An administrator portal enables organisations to monitor employee use of the platform.
Supporting wider private sector adoption
The programme aims to reach more than 295,000 private sector companies and deploy 100 specialised AI agents over two years. Dubai Chambers has also introduced dedicated training tracks intended to equip 14,000 companies from the Business Groups and Business Councils operating under Dubai Chamber of Commerce to integrate Agentic AI into their administrative and operational workflows.
The initiative also aims to support businesses developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions, facilitate knowledge-sharing and build institutional capabilities across the Dubai Chambers ecosystem.
Dubai Chambers said Chamber AI Hub complies with relevant UAE regulatory requirements and observes data privacy and protection standards. Data is hosted in the UAE, with each company’s information segregated from that of other companies. The agents support both Arabic and English.
