Salam and Zoom Partner to Deliver AI-Powered Collaboration Solutions in Saudi Arabia
Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam), a telecommunications and digital infrastructure provider in Saudi Arabia, has signed a strategic reseller agreement with Zoom at LEAP 2026, establishing Salam as an authorised reseller of Zoom’s collaboration platform in the Kingdom.
Under the agreement, Salam will serve as Zoom’s local go-to-market and delivery partner, combining its connectivity and market reach with Zoom’s collaboration and customer experience technologies. The partnership will give organisations access to Zoom’s video, voice and meeting solutions, supported by AI capabilities and locally hosted infrastructure.
The local hosting model is particularly relevant to government and regulated industries, where data residency, security and sovereignty are key requirements.

The partnership comes as demand for unified communications and cloud-based customer engagement solutions continues to grow, driven by AI adoption, cloud transformation and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 agenda.
By combining Salam’s local presence and connectivity capabilities with Zoom’s communications and customer experience platform, the companies aim to help organisations modernise their communications infrastructure while addressing requirements around data sovereignty, privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
Zoom’s presence in Saudi Arabia also includes alignment with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Cloud Computing Cybersecurity Controls and regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions adopting cloud services in the Kingdom. The company has also expanded its local infrastructure capabilities with the launch of an AI data centre in Saudi Arabia, supporting the delivery of AI-enabled communications and collaboration services for local customers.
LEAP 2026 provides a platform for Salam and Zoom to showcase how their partnership can support organisations across the Kingdom as they adopt AI-powered collaboration, customer engagement and digital service delivery.
