Cloudera and stc group Partner to Support Digital Transformation Across Kuwait and Bahrain
Cloudera and stc group have entered into a partnership aimed at supporting digital transformation initiatives across Kuwait and Bahrain.
Under the collaboration, stc group will coordinate regional delivery through its subsidiaries, stc Kuwait and stc Bahrain. The two companies will combine their respective capabilities in data, analytics, cloud infrastructure and telecommunications to support the development of connected digital infrastructure in the two markets.
The partnership will focus on areas including data centres, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and network connectivity. It will also explore the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and enterprise ICT solutions for smart city initiatives.
The companies said the collaboration is intended to support digital transformation across both public and private sector organisations, while contributing to the development of connected infrastructure and digital services. A joint steering committee will be established to oversee the partnership, monitor its progress and address strategic matters.
