NetApp to Highlight AI-Ready Data Infrastructure at Ai Everything Abu Dhabi 2026
NetApp will showcase its approach to AI-ready data infrastructure at Ai Everything Abu Dhabi 2026, taking place on October 6 and 7 at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi.
NetApp CEO George Kurian will also participate in a fireside chat on the Summit Stage titled, “Can AI Be Trusted? The New Architecture of Sovereign, Secure and Safe AI.” The discussion will examine the infrastructure considerations surrounding the increasing use of AI systems that can access enterprise data and take actions on behalf of organisations.
Kurian is expected to address issues including data security, sovereignty and governance, with the discussion focusing on the need to extend trust beyond AI models to the data, infrastructure and systems they interact with. At the event, NetApp will highlight its NetApp Platform, which the company describes as an intelligent and governed foundation for accessing and managing enterprise data.
The platform provides zero-copy access to data and is available both on-premises and through the major public cloud environments. NetApp says this approach is intended to help organisations make data available to AI applications while maintaining governance and security controls.
As organisations move AI projects from experimentation into production, data accessibility, governance and protection become increasingly important considerations. NetApp’s focus at the event will therefore centre on the infrastructure required to support AI deployments at scale.
“Abu Dhabi’s ambition to become an AI-native government reflects a broader shift we are seeing across the Middle East, where AI is rapidly moving from experimentation to large-scale deployment. But scaling AI is ultimately a data challenge. Organizations need trusted, secure and accessible data wherever it resides. The NetApp Platform provides the foundation customers need to build Intelligent Data Infrastructure that enables them to move from AI ambition to real business outcomes, securely and at scale.” said Suhail Hasanain, Senior Director and General Manager, MEA at NetApp
NetApp’s regional and global teams will also meet with customers, partners and industry representatives during the two-day event to discuss AI infrastructure and the data challenges associated with moving AI projects into production.
The company will also highlight developments from NetApp INSIGHT 2026, its technology event held in Las Vegas, where it addressed developments in AI and intelligent data infrastructure.
NetApp will be located in Hall 4 at Ai Everything Abu Dhabi 2026.
