Pangaea X Launches AI-Powered Hiring Tool AuthenX

Pangaea X, a data workforce platform, has launched AuthenX, an AI-powered interview and verification platform designed for assessing data analysts. Internal trials of AuthenX have shown a 65 percent improvement in screening accuracy.
Developed in-house, AuthenX aims to address existing gaps in hiring for data roles. Traditional interview processes often focus narrowly on technical qualifications, potentially overlooking critical skills such as communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. AuthenX utilizes generative AI to evaluate both hard and soft skills in real time. The platform employs conversation-based assessments, natural language processing (NLP), and behavioral analytics to provide insights into a candidate’s capabilities.
AuthenX functions as a screening and evaluation tool, allowing organizations to verify skills, assess behavior, and shortlist candidates based on measurable indicators. A core feature is its AI-powered structured interview experience, which analyzes how candidates think, communicate, and approach challenges. Additionally, advanced generative AI models review CVs, portfolios, and professional profiles in relation to specific skills or roles to provide a holistic candidate picture.
The platform aims to reduce misrepresentation and enhance trust in hiring decisions by introducing structured, AI-driven authentication of candidate claims through portfolio and profile analysis. This also supports hiring teams in making informed, defensible decisions. AuthenX issues digital badges and role-specific rankings to help identify credible professionals.
