Shure has introduced its IntelliMix Bar Pro in the UAE and Gulf region, targeting medium and large meeting rooms as organisations expand their use of AI-enabled collaboration tools. The launch was announced at Shure’s “Read the Room: Experience Intelligent Collaboration” event in Dubai, held in partnership with NMK Electronics, a Midwich Group company.
The company is positioning the IntelliMix Bar Pro around the role of high-quality audio and video capture in AI-supported meetings, where transcriptions, summaries and other meeting insights depend on the quality of the information being captured. Microsoft’s 2026 Global AI Diffusion Report cited the UAE as having the highest AI diffusion rate globally, at 70.1% of the working-age population. Meanwhile, PwC’s 29th Global CEO Survey reported that 70% of Middle East business leaders have a defined roadmap for AI initiatives.
The IntelliMix Bar Pro is a Microsoft Teams Certified all-in-one video bar designed for medium and large rooms. It combines Shure’s IntelliMix View AI video framing with onboard IntelliMix™ audio processing, allowing the system to capture speech and video across the meeting space while managing background noise and participant framing.

Designed around audio and video capture
The IntelliMix Bar Pro uses onboard audio processing to isolate voices and reduce background noise, while its AI-powered video framing is designed to keep participants visible across the room, including those seated close to the device and at the far end of a meeting table.
According to Shure, the combination is intended to provide more consistent inputs for collaboration applications and AI-powered meeting tools, particularly as organisations increasingly rely on automated transcription, meeting summaries and other forms of analysis.

The Dubai event also provided demonstrations of Shure’s wider workplace collaboration portfolio, including the MXA925 Ceiling Array Microphone, SLX-D+, Microflex Wireless neXt with Fusion Mode, MXA901 and IntelliMix Foundation System.
Enterprise management and Microsoft Teams integration
The IntelliMix Bar Pro is built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) and is designed for enterprise deployments where remote management, security and ongoing maintenance are key considerations. Its Microsoft Teams Certification confirms compatibility with the Teams platform and compliance with Microsoft’s certification requirements. Shure also provides remote management capabilities through ShureCloud, alongside enterprise management platforms including Pro Management Portal and ServiceNow.
