Sennheise has announced the launch of the TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus (TCC M Plus), a new ceiling microphone designed to deliver simplicity of use and clarity of sound, combining streamlined deployment with consistently clear, natural speech for every participant in the room. Building on the success of the TeamConnect Ceiling portfolio, TCC M Plus, which will be showcased at InfoComm 2026, combines Sennheiser audio performance with a new set of features aimed at reducing deployment effort, simplifying system configuration, and enabling scalable AV environments.
A key feature of TCC M Plus is PartnerLink, Sennheiser’s integration capability that simplifies microphone configuration within leading AV platforms. The first implementation, developed in collaboration with Q-SYS™, enables direct configuration within Q-SYS Designer Software, streamlining audio and control integration alongside native Q-SYS components.
“Our collaboration with Sennheiser is focused on making it easier for customers and integrators to bring high-quality audio into Q-SYS,” said Gary Evans, Director, Alliances, QSC. “With the Q-SYS Extension for Sennheiser PartnerLink, we’re streamlining deployment and making it simpler to incorporate Sennheiser audio and key elements of device control and automation while preserving the well-known flexibility of the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform.”
PartnerLink will launch initially for Q-SYS environments and expand to additional platforms over time. TCC M Plus continues to support Sennheiser’s open ecosystem approach, ensuring interoperable integration across a broad partner ecosystem. Beyond PartnerLink, TCC M Plus supports multiple integration methods to suit different system designs and customer requirements.
Integrators can deploy Sennheiser microphones using established standards such as Dante and verified integrations, enabling consistent workflows across diverse room types and platforms. This flexibility allows organisations to standardise on Sennheiser audio while selecting the platforms that best fit their needs.
As hybrid work and learning environments evolve, AV systems are becoming more connected and complex. TCC M Plus addresses this by combining high-quality audio performance with simplified setup, commissioning, and management. Features such as dynamic beamforming and enhanced exclusion zones deliver clear, natural speech that adapts to room layouts and participant positions, ensuring consistent voice capture and improved camera tracking reliability.
The system also reduces deployment complexity, supporting a consistent experience for integrators, AV/IT teams, and end users. Flexible installation options, coverage for medium and large spaces, single-cable connectivity, and centralised management make it suitable for meeting rooms, classrooms, and divisible environments.
TCC M Plus integrates with Sennheiser’s DeviceHub, a cloud-based platform for large-scale device management. It enables direct access for configuration and monitoring without additional tools, offering centralised visibility across rooms and locations, remote diagnostics, and role-based access for secure AV/IT collaboration.
TCC M Plus is designed for large-scale collaboration deployments, combining simplified setup, flexible integration options, and cloud-based management. It enables organisations to deliver consistent, high-quality audio experiences while reducing the complexity of deployment and ongoing management.
