
Acer has introduced a new range of Predator and Nitro gaming monitors, expanding its display portfolio with models featuring AI-powered 3D visuals, 5K resolution, Dynamic Frequency and Resolution (DFR) technology, and refresh rates of up to 500Hz.
The new line-up targets both competitive gamers and enthusiasts, offering a mix of ultra-high-resolution displays, OLED panels and high-speed performance while supporting AMD FreeSync Premium technologies and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility for smoother gameplay.
Leading the range is the 27-inch Predator XB273K 3D, which combines 4K UHD resolution with eye-tracking technology to deliver glasses-free 3D gaming experiences. Using an onboard AI model, the monitor can convert standard 2D content into 3D visuals while maintaining a 180Hz refresh rate. It also debuts Acer’s new SpatialLabs 3D Hub application, allowing users to manage 3D settings and access supported native 3D games.
The 34-inch Predator X34 F1 is aimed at esports players, featuring a WQHD QD-OLED display with a 360Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms response time and 1800R curvature. The monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), while its QD-OLED panel delivers 99% DCI-P3 colour coverage and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification.
For gamers seeking higher resolution, Acer introduced the Nitro XV345CKR P, a 34-inch curved monitor with a 5K WUHD Mini LED display. The monitor supports refresh rates of up to 180Hz in native resolution or 360Hz in WFHD mode using Dynamic Frequency and Resolution technology. It also features VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification and 95% DCI-P3 colour coverage.
The 31.5-inch Nitro XV320QX combines a 5K display with a 165Hz refresh rate, while DFR technology allows users to switch to 330Hz at QHD resolution for competitive gaming. Acer said the monitor is designed to meet the needs of both gamers and content creators, offering AMD FreeSync Premium support, HDR400 certification and a fast IPS panel with response times of up to 0.5ms.
Completing the line-up is the 27-inch Nitro XV273U F5, which offers QHD resolution with refresh rates of up to 540Hz, while DFR enables speeds of up to 1000Hz at HD resolution. The display also supports AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible technologies, alongside VESA DisplayHDR 600 certification and 95% DCI-P3 colour coverage.
