Kaspersky Recognised in 2020 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Endpoint Detection & Response Solutions

Kaspersky has been recognised as a 2020 Customers’ Choice for Endpoint Detection & Response Solutions by Gartner Peer Insights. The company was highest rated for its service and support component with a rating of 4.9 out of 5 among all vendors who received a Customers’ Choice. This recognition follows on from November 2019, when Kaspersky was named a Customers’ Choice for Endpoint Protection Platforms for the third consecutive year.

Gartner Peer Insights is a vendor neutral platform where customers can provide positive or negative feedback on the products they use across a variety of markets, as well as assign a rating according to their experience. The Customers’ Choice distinction is based on how many customers have reviewed a product and the associated ratings.

97% of Kaspersky customers indicate a ‘willingness to recommend’ Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response, and Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform to others, based on 72 responses. This recognition validates features like the single EPP+EDR agent design, time-saving and assertive graphical user interface, cost efficiency, ease of management and easy integration, among others.

Customer recognition of Kaspersky’s products is an acknowledgement of how effectively Kaspersky has evolved the extended detection and response features of its offering. It is also testament to how much customers appreciate having both advanced endpoint defenses and network defenses in a single solution – as is the case in the Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform, with Kaspersky EDR at its core.

According to the report, 72 verified customers have reviewed Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response, contributing to the rating of 4.9/5 for the service and support component. Customer feedback within these reviews includes:

Kaspersky was also named as a Customers’ Choice for Endpoint Protection Platforms for three consecutive years, from 2017 to 2019, with the Platinum award in 2017. Dmitry Aleshin, VP, Product Marketing at Kaspersky comments, “After just over two years of our EDR solution being on the market, we have been able to win trust and approval from our customers around the world and across various industries. We believe this recognition is further proof that our consistent approach to all-in-one endpoint protection fulfils our customers’ needs. We will continue developing the solution to the highest industry standards.”
