HUMAIN Acquires Saudi Technology Firm CNTXT to Expand Enterprise AI Capabilities
HUMAIN, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio company focused on developing and delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities, has acquired Saudi technology firm CNTXT as part of its efforts to expand its enterprise AI, cloud, data and technology services.
The addition of CNTXT brings expertise in cloud transformation, managed cloud services, data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, enterprise integration and technology implementation. The company also contributes proprietary technology solutions and established relationships across Saudi Arabia’s public and private sectors.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen HUMAIN’s ability to support organisations throughout the AI adoption lifecycle, from strategy and infrastructure development to implementation, integration, cybersecurity and ongoing operations.
By combining CNTXT’s enterprise delivery capabilities with HUMAIN’s portfolio of AI infrastructure, computing resources, models, applications and cybersecurity offerings, the company aims to provide organisations with a more integrated approach to adopting and deploying advanced technologies.
CNTXT’s existing products and enterprise expertise will also expand HUMAIN’s ability to deliver purpose-built solutions for businesses and government organisations, helping bridge the gap between AI development and practical deployment within enterprise environments.
Commenting on the acquisition, Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN, said the addition of CNTXT would strengthen the company’s ability to bring AI technologies into enterprise operations.
