Abu Dhabi Intros TAMM Global to Take AI-powered government platform worldwide

Abu Dhabi has launched TAMM Global, a private technology company established to make the technology powering its award-winning TAMM digital government platform available to governments worldwide.
The launch marks the first time the platform, which serves 4.7 million users, will be available for international licensing and deployment. The move supports Abu Dhabi’s ambition to become the world’s first AI-native government while opening up opportunities to export locally developed technology and expertise.
Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, said, “TAMM was created in Abu Dhabi for one reason: to improve lives. Today, it serves millions of users and has become an integral part of how people and businesses interact with government. Through TAMM Global, we are building on that success by making capabilities developed and proven in Abu Dhabi available to governments seeking to deliver better outcomes for their people.”
Since its launch in 2005, TAMM has evolved into Abu Dhabi’s digital gateway to government services, bringing together more than 1,200 services from public and private sector entities. The platform saves each user approximately nine visits to government service centres annually, returning an estimated 12 hours per person and business each year.
Customer satisfaction has risen to 94.5%, compared with 78% in 2022, before AI was integrated into the app. The platform has also reduced the cost of delivering services by 30%, with most of the savings realised within the first year.
Services available through TAMM include business registration, opening business bank accounts, investment portfolio management, identity document renewals, vehicle registration and other routine government transactions. TAMM AutoGov, announced in 2025 as the world’s first AI public servant, can proactively renew licences, settle payments and book routine healthcare appointments without requiring users to initiate each process.
Platform combines pre-built services with AI capabilities
Through TAMM Global, governments will be able to access the technology, operating model and implementation expertise developed through Abu Dhabi’s digital government programme. The offering includes a library of pre-built government services, digital journeys and capabilities that can be adapted to local legislation, regulations and operational requirements.
AI is integrated across the platform, supporting service discovery, automation, decision-making, service delivery and AI-enabled service experiences. These capabilities are designed to help governments provide more personalised, proactive and efficient services.
Deployments can be configured to reflect each government’s languages, laws and institutions. TAMM Global also supports multilingual and sovereign deployment models, enabling governments to maintain control over their data, infrastructure, policies and citizen services.
The company will license the platform architecture, implementation methodologies and operational expertise used to develop and operate TAMM at scale. By combining ready-built capabilities with implementation methods and operating practices refined through millions of real-world interactions, the company aims to help governments accelerate digital transformation without having to develop comparable platforms from the ground up.
As an independent private-sector company, TAMM Global will be able to work directly with governments, organisations and institutions internationally.
International recognition
TAMM has received international recognition for its digital government capabilities. In 2025, it was named the world’s best e-Government initiative at the UN-backed World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Prizes. In 2026, it won the Government category across Europe, the Middle East and Asia at the Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards.
