Enabler ONE Launches the 3rd Edition of the Annual Channel Speak Survey

Enabler ONE has announced that its third edition of Channel Speak Survey is now open. Called Channel Speak, this initiative is a technology channel industry sentiment survey that captures invaluable insight across the following areas:

  • Portfolio of solutions offered and sold
  • Channel partners’ views on the buying behavior of enterprises
  • Market challenges and counter strategies adopted by partners and
  • The overall engagement between the IT ecosystem.

“The 2019 edition of Channel Speak, threw up some interesting insights such as close to 40% plus of the respondents expressing that there was a lack of support from vendors and distributors and a similar number finding Evolving Customer Demands as a major factor that affected their business. These insights were found very helpful by vendors and distributors alike in realigning their partner programs for the region,” the company said in a statement.

This year, with the impact of COVID-19, it becomes even more critical for channel partners to share their views with their broader eco-system of vendors, distributors and customers, to help the entire eco-system understand the challenges faced this year, the impact it has had them on them, and the support required to help survive and grow in the coming year.

“We’re facing what some call a once in a lifetime event. I’m sure no one could have been prepared for the pandemic. It has changed the way we work; the way we engage with our customers and suppliers; the way we enable our business! We believe, that it has never been more critical for channel partners to share their views on how this pandemic has affected their business and the kind of support they require to survive and, if possible, even grow. Channel Speak, is the only way to get this feedback out to their eco-system, because it is not about revenue, but about relationships,” said Nehul Goradia, Co-Founder of Enabler ONE. “Channel Speak is all about partners’ voice and their views. It’s about them, by them, for them and from them!”

The company is also giving away AED 1,000 in gift vouchers to one lucky survey participant. Partner firms including resellers, value-added resellers, systems integrators and service providers can take the survey here. The results of the survey is expected to be announced in Jan 2021.
