HP’s Print AI Brings Intelligent Printing Solutions to Homes, Offices, and Large Format Printing

HP has unveiled HP Print AI at HP Imagine, the company’s annual event for media and analysts. This groundbreaking AI-powered technology is designed to transform the printing experience for individuals and businesses alike.

One of the key features of HP Print AI is Perfect Output, which ensures that prints look exactly as intended. This feature addresses common frustrations like unnecessary white space, image size issues, and unwanted web ads when printing from web browsers. Perfect Output intelligently reformats and reorganizes content to fit perfectly on the page, saving time, paper, and ink.

“We are transforming the printing experience with HP Print AI, making it easier and more intuitive,” said Tuan Tran, HP President of Imaging, Printing, and Solutions. “Introducing AI solutions across our portfolio will simplify printing, ignite creativity, and accelerate collaboration – all while ensuring customer data is protected and kept private. This is our first step in setting a new standard for printing.”

Spreadsheets are another common printing challenge. HP Print AI proactively creates printable spreadsheets without splitting tables and charts across pages, saving users time and effort.

Beyond Perfect Output, HP Print AI offers personalized support and enhances productivity in various ways. From the initial setup to ongoing use, the intelligent technology anticipates customer needs and provides tailored assistance through natural language and contextual awareness.

For creative individuals, HP Print AI enables easy photo customization with conversational prompts. Users can effortlessly add unique layouts, styles, and fonts to personalize greeting cards and other projects. The AI also automatically upscales images and removes unwanted objects for professional-looking results.

For businesses, HP announced the expanded availability of HP Scan AI Enhanced, a cloud-based solution that automatically recognizes and extracts key information from scanned documents. This saves time and money by reducing manual steps and data entry.

HP is also extending AI capabilities to vertical industries, starting with design and construction. HP’s new Build Workspace empowers professionals in this field to create, organize, and collaborate on-site observations, field reports, and more. By automating time-consuming tasks, HP Build Workspace drives efficiency and streamlines workflows.
