How has the regional tech landscape evolved in the past couple of years?
The regional tech landscape has seen a major shift toward unified communication solutions. Businesses, educational institutions, and government entities are increasingly focused on integrated platforms that streamline communication across in-person and virtual environments. Sennheiser has been at the forefront of this transition, particularly with the introduction of the TeamConnect Family, which addresses the evolving needs of the modern tech framework.
Our solutions have empowered organizations to maintain high-quality communication with ease and flexibility, ensuring seamless connectivity for both small and large spaces. In response to these trends, unified communication technologies are now central to fostering collaboration in every setting—from corporate boardrooms to classrooms. The demand for products that facilitate such integration has spurred significant innovation, making it easier than ever for users to communicate effectively, regardless of location.
What are your expectations from the event this year?
Sennheiser’s expectations for GITEX 2024 focus on showcasing how our unified communication solutions can transform communication workflows in various sectors, including education and business. We aim to highlight the TeamConnect Family and Digital Wireless systems as key tools for improving communication across corporate and educational environments. Our goal is to engage with a diverse audience, building on the momentum we gained last year and deepening our connections.
Additionally, we’re excited to demonstrate our expertise through interactive and live demos, enabling attendees to explore our solutions in a hands-on environment. Through these engagements, we aim to showcase how our technology supports better collaboration and fosters success in today’s evolving tech landscape.
What will be your theme of participation at GITEX 2024?
Our theme for this year is to Set the Bar High for the Future of Business Communication. The Star of the Show Will Be the Sennheiser All-In-One TeamConnect Bars, which is available and shipping now. We’ll showcase how our cutting-edge solutions like the TeamConnect Family and our ecosystem of software solutions can enhance communication and collaboration for both education and business environments. Attendees will be able to explore the Sennheiser TeamConnect Family, an extensive range of unified communication solutions tailored for meeting rooms and lecture spaces of all sizes.
The company will highlight its TC Bars, the most feature-rich, all-in-one conferencing devices in their class, that not only work for small rooms but also can scale to large meeting rooms campus-wide. The solution is available in two models depending on the meeting room size — TC Bar S and TC Bar M. The TC Bar S features four microphones and two speakers, while the TC Bar M features six microphones and four speakers. Both deliver Trusted Sennheiser Audio Quality to every meeting.
The Sennheiser TC Bars are plug-and-play devices, meaning quick set-up via USB cable. The integrated beamforming technology is the same technology found in Sennheiser’s trusted TCC solutions, providing freedom of movement and seamless transition among presenters. As the first camera offering from Sennheiser, the TC Bars enable high video quality with a 4K Ultra HD camera equipped with advanced AI features that include auto-framing and person tiling. The full-range stereo speakers provide natural speech and outstanding intelligibility.
Additionally, the TC Bars provide flexible and scalable room setups with an onboard Dante port for extension mics and an option to add an external USB camera, catering to rooms requiring broader coverage. They are easy to integrate with features that include multiple mounting options; built-in remote management via Sennheiser Control Cockpit; brand-agnostic integration with leading control systems and video conferencing platforms; and advanced security with encrypted control communication and password protection.
Also, in the Sennheiser booth will be the TCC M, boasting its brand-new feature, Intelligent Noise Control, which improves the focus on voices in a room. The two-step process enhances overall sound intelligibility in noisy environments, ensuring a smoother, more engaging meeting experience. This new feature — to be deployed via a free firmware update — will be demonstrated during InfoComm so that visitors can experience how static background noises can be carefully suppressed with the lowest possible impact on speech signal quality.
Do you plan to run any online engagements such as webinars and offline engagements such as tech talks, demos, keynotes, and so on, alongside GITEX 2024?
Yes, Sennheiser will host live demonstrations and tech talks at our booths, allowing attendees to experience our TeamConnect Family live in action. As always, Sennheiser’s presence at Gitex is not only about products, technology showcases, and demos but also about networking and reconnecting with industry friends and colleagues.

Our goal is to enhance user experiences across diverse sectors by offering solutions that are user-friendly, inclusive, and designed to meet the unique needs of the Middle East market, helping businesses and educational institutions adapt to today’s evolving communication challenges.
How do your regional strategies align with regional development initiatives run by various governments?
Sennheiser’s regional strategies align closely with government initiatives focused on digital transformation and smart city development. By providing state-of-the-art unified communication solutions, we are supporting key objectives such as improving education, driving economic growth, and enabling remote connectivity. Our supplementary software like Control Cockpit and Room Planner, offer seamless, user-friendly solutions. By guiding and assisting users to make the best use of the systems, we bring technology within the reach of the entire ecosystem thereby contributing to the growth of education and business.
These solutions empower users with simple, accessible tools for better collaboration, supporting broader regional goals of innovation, connectivity, and digital inclusion. Another breakthrough solution from Sennheiser is MobileConnect. With MobileConnect, we provide the ideal streaming solution for individual assistive listening, no matter how large or complex the campus might be. The system offers many advantages for both operators and users thanks to Wi-Fi and BYOD – and that also applies, of course, to applications outside the educational field.
