Snowflake to Demonstrate Enterprise AI Deployment at AI Everything Abu Dhabi
Snowflake will demonstrate how organisations can move artificial intelligence projects from experimentation to production at AI Everything Abu Dhabi, taking place on October 6–7 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Under the theme “AI for Business”, Snowflake will showcase how governed enterprise data, business context and access controls can support the development and deployment of AI applications and workflows.
The demonstrations will focus on two of Snowflake’s AI tools, CoWork and CoCo. CoWork is designed for business users, allowing them to interact with enterprise data using natural-language prompts, while CoCo is aimed at developers and technical teams building applications, AI agents, data pipelines and workflows.
The demonstrations come as organisations across the region increase their investment in AI and move beyond pilot projects towards wider deployment. For enterprises, the transition brings greater focus on data quality, governance, access controls and the ability to connect AI systems with existing business information.
Abu Dhabi has set a target of becoming the world’s first fully AI-native government by 2027 as part of its wider digital strategy. Against this backdrop, Snowflake will use the event to demonstrate how enterprise data infrastructure can support AI deployments while maintaining governance and organisational policies.
Snowflake said its approach is based on bringing AI, applications and analytics together with governed enterprise data. The company argues that establishing consistent business definitions, access policies and data quality controls is important for organisations seeking reliable AI outputs.
CoWork and CoCo
Snowflake CoWork is designed to allow business users to query enterprise information and act on the resulting insights using natural-language interactions. The tool works across structured data, including business records, as well as unstructured information such as documents.
According to Snowflake, CoWork is used by more than 5,000 customers and can support tasks such as information analysis and workflow automation while operating within existing access policies. CoCo is positioned as a data-focused coding agent for developers and technical teams. Snowflake says it is used by more than 9,000 customers and can use natural-language prompts to assist with building applications, AI agents, workflows and data pipelines.
The company will demonstrate both tools at its stand during the Abu Dhabi event, alongside other capabilities aimed at helping organisations prepare and deploy AI applications. Ahmed Hafez, Director, Solution Engineering for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa at Snowflake, said the UAE’s investment in AI and digital infrastructure made it an important market for the company.
He cited findings from PwC’s 2026 CEO Survey, which found that 27% of surveyed UAE CEOs said their most-used AI tool had access to all their organisation’s documents and data. “By providing a governed data platform, we are enabling organisations to build practical AI services that support the competitiveness goals of the UAE National Strategy for AI 2031,” Hafez said.
Snowflake will be located at Stand H4-B1 in Hall 4 at AI Everything Abu Dhabi, where visitors can see demonstrations of CoWork and CoCo and discuss enterprise AI requirements with the company’s specialists and participating partners. Topics covered at the stand will include data readiness, integration, deployment and the development of AI projects.
