HPE Unveils Consolidated Partner Program at Discover 2025

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has announced a unified partner program, HPE Partner Ready Vantage, which consolidates existing programs, including HPE Partner Ready and HPE Partner Ready for Networking. The new program aims to simplify enrollment, offer flexible participation, and provide comprehensive support for partners across the entire HPE portfolio. The phased rollout of HPE Partner Ready Vantage will begin on November 1.

HPE stated that the program’s design incorporates partner feedback and best practices, enabling partners to build expertise and deliver customer outcomes. It supports various partner types, from solution providers to managed service providers and independent software vendors. The program features a single framework, one compensation model, and a consistent experience, allowing partners to choose relevant centers and competencies aligned with their business goals. Partners can focus on developing solutions, reselling HPE technologies and services, or delivering services under their own brand or the HPE brand.

Simon Ewington, senior vice president of Worldwide Channel and Partner Ecosystem at HPE, commented, “The new, unified HPE Partner Ready Vantage reflects our commitment to empowering partners and making it easier for them to differentiate with customers and grow their businesses. This new program is simple, flexible and relevant, accelerating partners’ ability to engage with us, and deliver innovative solutions and services that provide brilliant results for their end customers.”

Under the unified HPE Partner Ready Vantage Sell Track, partners can now resell the entire HPE portfolio for both operational expenditures (HPE GreenLake Flex solutions) and capital expenditures through a single program membership. Partners can focus on specific technology areas like Compute, Hybrid Cloud, and Networking, with dedicated centers in the Sell Track, while also cross-selling across the full solutions portfolio. Core product training and certifications are available, along with optional competencies in areas such as Private Cloud, HPE GreenLake Flex, Hybrid Cloud Operations, and SASE, to foster specialized expertise.

New and updated competencies and certifications include:

  1. HPE Solutions for AI competency: Verifies partners’ ability to describe, size, quote, design, and configure HPE Private Cloud AI with NVIDIA technologies based on customer requirements.
  2. HPE Solutions for Sovereign Cloud competency: Helps partners understand digital sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and security in sovereign environments and sensitive data handling.
  3. HPE Morpheus VM Essentials Software certification: Expands partner skills with a continuous learning badge and certification, contributing to Private Cloud and Hybrid Cloud solutions competencies.
  4. HPE Aruba Networking Private 5G competency: Provides expertise in developing solutions that integrate private cellular and Wi-Fi.

HPE also announced several additional initiatives:

  1. HPE CloudPhysics Plus: A new assessment tool to help partners optimize customer IT across on-premises, multicloud, and cloud-native environments, available for free in Q4 FY2025.
  2. Rapid migration tool: Enables partners to provide workload assessments, recommendations, and seamless migrations, with new migration capabilities to VM Essentials available in July. This tool is free for partners in the HPE Partner Ready Vantage Professional Services center.
  3. Expanded AI opportunities: HPE is extending its AI Focus partners’ reach to 20 additional countries, providing tools, support, and co-investments for building and scaling AI practices. Comprehensive learning opportunities and workshops, including insights into agentic AI and physical AI, will be available, with NVIDIA integrated into these workshops.
  4. HPE Financial Services financing option: For a limited time, HPEFS is offering partners a reduced-rate, 36-month financing option on the HPE Private Cloud AI developer system, allowing partners to showcase the system without significant upfront costs.
  5. HPE Smart Choice program: Now globally available exclusively through the channel, this program provides ready-to-go data center solutions with fixed pricing and curated SKUs for SMB and mid-market customers. Kevin Samuels, director of E-Commerce Brand and Content Management at BlueAlly, stated, “Preconfigured options are exactly what our online customers are looking for – solutions that are easy to understand, ready to deploy, and available for fast shipping. These Smart Choice SKUs allow us to fulfill and process orders quickly, getting the product into the hands of customers faster and more efficiently than ever before.
