Are you participating in GITEX Global 2022? If yes, which products and solutions will you be showcasing at the event?
As a Platinum Partner of Dell, Cloud Box Technologies will be focusing on Dell EMC PowerStore Storage as well as the advanced Dell EMC VxRail Hyperconverged Infrastructure solution at the event.
There is also an emphasis on showcasing the company’s cybersecurity offerings which have been strengthened over the last year with best-of-breed global vendor partnerships. They will also highlight the in-house infrastructure that enables them to provide customers with seamless services.
What are your expectations from the event this year?
As a trusted Systems Integrator, Cloud Box Technologies has a range of services and solutions that are offered to customers across several industries including healthcare, banking, and finance, retail, manufacturing, education, to name a few. We look looking forward to interacting with all our current and future customers who will be attending this important event in the IT world.
Cloud Box Technologies will be represented by the senior management team to be able to provide a better understanding of the company’s offerings. GITEX provides the opportunity to interact with industry peers as well as to be aware of the innovations and advanced solutions that are being showcased by both global as well as local vendors. The biggest take-home is the highly targeted visibility that we receive at GITEX.
What will be your theme of participation at GITEX?
Digitization is the buzzword and Cloud Box Technologies has been working with customers to enable them to realize these goals. The transformation that we bring into customers’ changing business environment stems from their Platinum partnership with Dell. Visitors to the stand at GITEX will get a glimpse of how they manage their customers’ digital transformation expectations.
Cloud Box Technologies is looking at emphasizing smart digital transformation for both small and large enterprises and how the company is capable of addressing customers’ individual needs within individual budgets. The company will also highlight the specialized capabilities of being a Systems Integrator who is equipped to tackle on-prem digitization, a strong NOC as well as how it is being pre-emptive in the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service capabilities.
How have your regional strategies changed in recent months?
Cloud Box technologies have been proactively focusing on the post-pandemic customer requirements and are consulting for several other customers who are now consolidating the IT implementations that were put in place to tackle the situation at that time.
With complexity around protection, Cloud Box Technologies is developing its strengths around MDR which is a fledgling service. Additionally, the company is also formalising its efforts in making some announcements in the Cloud domain shortly. Both these services will enable the company to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
