Exclusive Networks has officially launched a dedicated ServiceNow business unit, establishing a structured cybersecurity go-to-market framework for channel partners, system integrators, and resellers across the Middle East and Europe.
Following a strategic alliance announced in July, the distributor transformed the partnership into an active, operational commercial engine designed to help partners capture recurring margins in workflow-driven security. The unit pairs ServiceNow’s AI Platform with Exclusive Networks’ specialized vendor ecosystem, pre-sales engineering, and customer success programs.
The initiative enables two distinct partner paths:
- ServiceNow Partners: Accelerate their cybersecurity practices by attaching advanced security vendor solutions.
- Exclusive Networks Security Partners: Build enterprise workflows that link point security tools directly into the ServiceNow AI Control Tower, shifting customer engagements from isolated product sales to strategic, outcome-based managed services.
“We have moved from agreement to execution at pace,” stated Claudette Atkinson, Global General Manager – ServiceNow at Exclusive Networks. “In a matter of months, we have built a dedicated business that is operational and ready to support partners across Europe and the Middle East focused firmly on the cybersecurity opportunity. This is a clear investment in the ServiceNow ecosystem and the specialist capabilities partners need to scale throughout the customer lifecycle.”
Michael Park, SVP of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, highlighted the commercial velocity of the initiative: “Customers need to know what’s running in their enterprise, whether it’s secure, and how to act fast. Exclusive Networks moved from agreement to a live business in months, matching the pace the market demands. This is co-innovation turning directly into customer and partner value.”
To support channel enablement, lifecycle management, and deal closing, Exclusive Networks is expanding its team of dedicated technical and commercial specialists in Ireland, backed by an additional regional facility opening in Q4 2026.
