Mindware Partners with SUSE to Drive Enterprise Open Source Adoption in MENA

Mindware has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with SUSE to expand the reach of enterprise open source solutions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The partnership is designed to support organisations looking to build secure, flexible and sovereign IT environments.

As part of the agreement, Mindware will offer SUSE’s enterprise portfolio, including SUSE Linux, cloud-native platforms, edge computing and AI solutions. The collaboration will centre on expanding channel partnerships, enabling resellers, driving joint go-to-market initiatives and delivering technical support across the region.

The move comes amid growing demand for alternative infrastructure strategies, as organisations respond to rising virtualisation costs, stricter regulatory requirements and an increased focus on digital sovereignty. By combining SUSE’s open source technologies with Mindware’s regional channel network, the partnership aims to deliver scalable and cost-efficient solutions across multiple industry sectors.

Commenting on the announcement, Nicholas Argyrides, Vice President Gulf & East Africa at Mindware said: “Partnering with SUSE strengthens our infrastructure portfolio with enterprise-grade, vendor-neutral solutions. As organizations modernize their environments and explore alternatives to traditional virtualization, SUSE enables our partners to address these needs confidently. Together, we are committed to equipping the channel with the tools, expertise, and support required to drive digital transformation across Middle East & North Africa.”

Mindware will also deliver a range of value-added services, including solution design, proof-of-concept support, marketing services, logistics and dedicated product management to strengthen alignment between vendors and partners.

“We are excited to partner with Mindware to expand enterprise open source adoption across the Middle East and North Africa,” said Ismail Ibrahim, Sales Director & General Manager for CEMEA at SUSE. “Together, we will empower customers with secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.’’
