du Business Targets 10,000 UAE SMEs with Agentic AI Training Initiative

du Business has launched an initiative to provide 10,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UAE with free, practical training in Agentic AI, as businesses increasingly look to apply AI to everyday operations and digital transformation.
The programme is designed to give SME owners and their teams hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools and workflows, with a focus on practical business applications rather than theoretical AI concepts. du said the initiative is intended to make advanced AI capabilities more accessible to businesses regardless of their size or technical expertise.
Delivered under the du Business portfolio, the programme will follow a “learning by doing” approach, using workshops and real-world business scenarios to demonstrate how Agentic AI can be applied to areas such as operational efficiency, cost management and customer engagement.
For SMEs with limited prior experience of AI, the initiative is intended to bridge the gap between awareness and implementation, giving participants skills they can apply within their businesses from the outset.
Training will be delivered in phases, with du Business planning to expand the programme through online sessions and additional venues to increase participation. The company will provide specialist trainers, curated learning modules and Agentic AI expertise aligned with global SME digital enablement practices.
Karim Benkirane, Chief Commercial Officer at du, said: “We believe Agentic AI has the power to transform SMEs, and we want every business in the UAE to have the tools and confidence to make that transformation a reality. Through du Business, this initiative reflects our commitment to being a hands-on digital transformation partner, offering 10,000 SMEs free, practical AI training that goes into real application. We are making Agentic AI accessible, actionable, and achievable for businesses of every size across the UAE.”
The initiative comes as the UAE continues to prioritise AI adoption and digital innovation across its economy. By focusing on practical skills and business applications, du Business aims to help SMEs develop capabilities needed to compete in an increasingly AI-driven economy while supporting broader national digital transformation ambitions.
